The Parta U works on the proven principle of the suction piston, which guarantees gentle dough processing. The dough is fed from the hopper into the cutting chamber. After closing the dividing chamber with the dividing knife, the dough is pushed through the piston into the measuring chamber. The volume of the chamber corresponds to the set weight of the dough.
